Important Update: Cambridge Scottish Festival Cancelled
The Cambridge Scottish Festival was originally scheduled to celebrate its 50th anniversary at Churchill Park on Saturday, July 18. Unfortunately, organizers have confirmed that the 2026 Cambridge Scottish Festival has been cancelled.
The event was expected to feature pipe bands, Highland dancing, heavy events, vendors and family activities. Organizers cited unforeseen circumstances, with a shortage of volunteers reportedly contributing to the decision. The festival board hopes to return with a larger event in 2027.
Several older tourism and event listings are still advertising the festival, so anyone planning to visit Churchill Park this weekend should be aware that the event is not proceeding.
